And your mitigation plan suggested is a good one. Factor in divorce and that pathway becomes even more of a challenge. Factor in being a woman of colour, and wow we are talking years added to the journey.
I took the entrepreneurial route in the in the end. Time wasn’t on my side. So I got serious, did an MBA, rocked it at business School. And luckily creating a successful start must have been in my blood all that time. Because here I am.
